Ritual powder composed of talk, herbs, minerals, and various ingredients depending upon the purpose of the powder (e.g., salt peter for breaking jinxes, salt for protection, Sulphur for cursing, etc.). It is used in spell work for protection, curses, banishing, cleansing, etc. The powder can be sprinkled (see foot track magic), blown into a target’s face, placed in the four corners of a room, in sachets, etc.
